
Sessions and Payments
Session Frequency
It is important to meet regularly, especially in the beginning, in order to do the deep and important work required when you choose to do therapy. I always require weekly sessions and do not accept clients on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
I offer in-person and Zoom therapy sessions, depending on the client’s needs, preferences, and schedule. You can call or email me to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss further. I am typically in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and over Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays, though I can also offer some flexibility.
Fees and Payments
Sessions are $275 for a 45 minute session. I can offer a sliding scale payment of $225, if needed, for clients who are experiencing financial hardship.
I cannot accept insurance at this time. Instead, I will send you a superbill at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Fees for workshops and speaking engagements will be determined as needed and I will send the client a contract with all necessary info after an exploratory meeting to discuss the scope of the work.
Cancelations and Rescheduling
I require 48 hours notice if clients need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I generally prefer to reschedule within the same week.
If a session is canceled with less than 48-hours notice, the client will still incur the full session fee.
In-person clients are welcome to switch to a Zoom appointment as long as they request with at least 24 hours notice.
